Liverpool forward Bobby Duncan is near joining side Fiorentina.
Fiorentina had a loan move rejected but have now agreed a charge of 2m euros (#1.8m) with a 20% sell-on clause.
Duncan, 18, joined Liverpool and scored 32 goals in all competitions for the under-18 side of the club last season.
Last week, the Reds rejected accusations made by the Duncan’s agent of”emotionally Spartan” the adolescent.
Agent Saif Rubie claimed England Under-18 global Duncan, who’s the cousin of former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard, was retained in the club will, remarks the club described as”unfounded allegations”.
It’s understood Fiorentina loan deal didn’t include a commitment to purchase Duncan or some penalty clauses when the forwards didn’t play.
