Return policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Place the item into original shipper packaging.
  2. Contact our Returns Department at 1-800-345-2761 to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return L
  4. Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once wabel and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records.e receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.
